Delivery Information


   > UK Delivery


Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
Estimated Delivery - UK orders will be delivered within approximately 5-7 working days. Please be advised that these serve as a guide only.
AURA will not be held liable for incorrect/misspelled shipping addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to send our customers dispatch emails.
We also accept payment via PayPal. Please note; you do not need a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal, you can use most Debit/Credit cards on their checkout page.

   > When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed throughout the week (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders may take up to 3 days to be processed. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt.
If a signature cannot be provided at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will organise another delivery date with you or you will have to collect it from your local Royal Mail collection office. You will always be given options on a delivery card if you do happen to miss your delivery.
Please also ensure that any access restrictions are stated in the Notes section at the time of placing your order.


Returns Policy


It is very important to us at AURA that you enjoy your online shopping experience with us. We do hope that you love everything that you purchase from us.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order via our Contact Us Page.

New Items may be returned providing that the item is in its original, unused condition with the tags still attached & original packaging. Our tags have a tamper-proof seal and we will not accept any returns if the tag has been removed at any point.

Sale / Discounted Items - No returns are accepted on sale, flash sale, discounted and clearance items.



   > How do I return my item?


All returns must be approved by us before they are returned. To begin the process, simply contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page and request for a Returns Form. This request MUST be made within TWO days (48 hours) of
receiving the item in order to qualify for a full refund.

The Returns Information will be sent to you via the email. Once approved, we will then provide postage instructions and you will have a further 7 days to get your item to us. 

Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that items are returned using a secure postage option, such as Royal Mail 'Signed for', in order to ensure safe returns. Please retain your proof of shipping (postage receipt) just in case it is needed for future reference.

Please note that unfortunately we are not able to reimburse for postage charges incurred during the Returns process.


   > What can I return?


You can return anything to us! Detailed measurements of each item are provided in the product description and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have before ordering.

   > How long will it take to process my refund?


Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed upon checkout when this transaction has taken place.

In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.


   > Terms and Conditions:


We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items returned to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to your at your expense. If you return the item for a second time, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be considered to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your order without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on the part of AURA that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and as such, will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods in question.


Jewellery Care


To ensure your fashion jewelry lasts longer, certain care should be taken whilst wearing and storing each piece. Never allow your fashion jewelry to come in to contact with harsh chemicals, oils, beauty products and perfumes.
Your jewelry should not be exposed to or submerged in water. This will cause the jewelry to fade and discolor.


Additional Policies


Please note that some of our products are made with crystals which are naturally delicate and fragile.

Our natural pendants will be different due to their natural properties and there may be imperfections, marks or scratches.

Images are for illustrative purposes and items may vary slightly from the image.

We advise you to take good care of your jewellery and avoid contact with water, lotions, potions, perfumes and other chemicals.

Store away from sunlight, dampness and open air as these will all speed up the process of oxidization. We don't recommend our items to children or babies due to their delicate nature and small pieces/charms.
