Need to request a return?

We've gotcha!

It is super important for all our customers to be happy with their orders.

However, if you are unhappy with your order, received a faulty/wrong item or changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We do not offer exchanges.
Your items (with the exception of rings) must be unworn, unopened, with the security seal intact and un-tampered with.

Rings MUST show no signs of wear and also have the size tag attached (size tags must not be tampered with) or your items will be refused and returned back to you.

Please note, earrings can not be returned to us due to hygiene reasons

Please follow the steps below to request a return:

STEP 1:

Request a Return:

Please request your return through our returns portal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You will be required to have the following information:

  • Your Order Number (located in your order confirmation email)
  • The email address or phone number you used whilst placing the order
  • Reason for returning the item

Once completed, we will then review your return request.

STEP 2:

Your Returns Request Is Accepted:

  • Once your returns request has been accepted, you will then be prompted to return the item to us, in it's original packaging and with the order slip inside.
  • The returns address will be provided to you in the email we sent you.
  • Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer & original postage fees are non refundable.
  • Please ensure to use the correct postage. We recommend using a tracked postage option.
  • Please note, all items, excluding rings, must be unopened, with the security seal intact and un-tampered with.
  • Rings MUST show no signs of wear, have the size tag attached and tags should not be tampered with or your items will be refused and returned back to you.
  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to the address you supplied in your original order.

STEP 3:

Refund Timeframes:

All refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your items.

Please note, we can only refund your money back to you via the original payment option you used to pay for your order for fraud prevention and keep your refund safe.
