So you're all good wearing them in the shower, going for a swim in a pool or the sea, spraying your favourite perfume, applying sunscreen and lotion.
However, please protect your jewels from harsh chemicals as they can be harmful to their longevity.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean your jewellery from time to time to keep it super shiny.

However, to be extra careful you can remove your jewellery during physical activity or before going to bed to avoid tangling which may lead to breakage, friction or scratches.
